Itineraries
Day-by-day plans that keep every day moving—without the “do everything” burnout. Each itinerary is built around simple time blocks (Morning / Afternoon / Evening), neighborhood clustering, and built-in buffers so you can adjust when weather, crowds, or energy change.
New here? Start with a city guide (it answers “where to stay / how to get around”), then plug in an itinerary.
Use the itinerary as your default plan, then swap in/out blocks depending on what you care about (museums, views, markets, food). If a day feels too full, drop one “big” block—not the buffer.
Pick your trip length
Choose the length that matches your energy (not just your available days):
- 3 days: highlights + best neighborhoods (ideal for first-timers who want a strong overview)
- 4 days: the “balanced” version (adds one deeper museum/area day without rushing)
- 5 days: city + nature + one day trip (best if you want variety and breathing room)
Try to keep it to one timed/ticketed attraction per half-day. Everything else should be flexible: neighborhoods, parks, viewpoints, markets, and food.

Below is the growing itinerary library. If you don’t see a standalone itinerary yet, the city guide still includes itinerary previews so you can plan immediately.

What you’ll get on every itinerary page
Each itinerary is designed to be copy/paste practical:
- Morning / Afternoon / Evening blocks (no over-specific timing)
- Anchor sight each day (the “non-negotiable” that shapes the route)
- Buffer time built in (because real trips have real friction)
- Weather pivots (simple swaps when it rains/winds/gets too hot)
- Family-aware notes when helpful (stroller-friendly fallbacks, shorter walking loops)
Build your own (fast)
If you want a custom plan in 10 minutes:
- Open the city guide and pick your base area
- Choose 5–7 must-dos (not 12)
- Cluster them by area (minimize zig-zag transit)
- Add one flexible “wander + food” block daily
- Keep one “indoor anchor” for bad weather (museum/market/covered area)
Then use the planning checklist to lock the basics:
Coming next (what’s being added)
- Sydney: standalone 3/4/5-day itineraries (no-car friendly)
- Paris: standalone 3/4/5-day itineraries (timed-entry friendly)
- Vancouver: standalone 3/4/5-day itineraries (city + nature balance)
No exact addresses, no “go right now” tips, and no real-time crowd hacks. Always check hours and booking requirements for major sights before you go.
